Golden Massage is listed as a massage spa, with massage and spa as additional categories. Massage is the service the review excerpts refer to throughout, and no other treatments are named.
Reviewers describe sessions that involve the shoulders and back. One reviewer calls the visit a first massage experience, so the business appears to see newcomers as well as repeat customers. Two other reviewers say they plan to return.
What customers say about Golden Massage
Golden Massage holds a 4.1 Google rating from 9 reviews. Of the five excerpts available, three give 5 stars and two give 1 star, so opinion is divided rather than uniform.
Reviewers who were happy mention friendly staff and a comfortable first visit. One review from 6 months ago says the therapist used excellent technique and adjusted the pressure throughout the session, and that the reviewer's shoulders felt more relaxed and less tense by the end. One review from 4 months ago says the massage really helped out the reviewer's back.
The critical reviews, both from 4 months ago, are blunt. One reviewer visited twice and found both visits terrible, saying the therapists are not young as they claim and that the older therapists seemed too tired to give a good massage. The other says it seems like the therapists have no training at all and does not recommend the place to anyone looking for a really good massage.

They do not have young therapists like they claim and the old therapists are too tired to give a good massage. I've been here twice and both visits were terrible.
